Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! We carry $2 million in liquor liability and general liability insurance to cover our services. All of our bartenders are TIPS certified and hold ServSafe food permits. We also have a valid Connecticut liquor license, so we can legally bring the alcohol to you. If needed, we can provide proof to your venue and list them as additionally insured on our policy.
Are your bartenders certified?
Absolutely! All of our bartenders are TIPS certified and also hold ServSafe food safety certification.
What are your policies and restrictions for serving alcohol?
No shots. Hard liquor served on the rocks that you plan to shoot is also considered a shot.
We strictly check IDs. Serving alcohol to minors is illegal in Connecticut, and we take it very seriously.
Guests who appear visibly intoxicated will be cut off. While this isn’t our favorite task, it’s necessary for everyone’s safety. We prioritize guest safety and always strive to maintain a responsible environment at every event.
What space and parking requirements do you have?
We need at least a 10-foot space to set up our pop-up bar.
Nope! We have a quiet generator that powers our entire operation. However, if you’d prefer not to have a generator at your event, we’ll need access to an electrical outlet.
Yes, we do! In addition to bartending, we offer catering services with a wide selection of food options, from starters to BBQ and even Twisted Phillyz. We also provide hydration stations, coffee, tea, and dessert.
What is your payment and refund policy?
We require a non-refundable deposit equal to one-third of the total cost. The second third of the payment is due one week before the event, and the final payment is required 24 hours before the event. If you cancel 30 days prior to the event, we will refund one-third of the deposit amount.
